EW Update #2 Print E-mail
Hi everyone

This is the latest update from Lackson back in Zambia.

You will note the name "Eagle's Wings" in the heading above - this is the new name of the project based on Isaiah 40.  What do you think?  The name came from the Zambian team which was a real encouragement to us and an example of their ownership of the project, ability and the trust in our heavenly Father for all things.

 Message from Lackson, Zambia

Greetings from Zambia.  How are you doing over there.  I trust that the Lord is blessing you and keeping you safe.  Back here we are doing fine and the Lord is blessing us.

We have got three things to thank the Lord about, firstly the water has been connected at our farm, second we now have our own box number and thirdly we are happy to see our maize coming out of the ground.

Erica and the family are doing fine. (Erica lives in a nearby village and suffers from AIDs-related illnesses.  Some of the funds are used to help her get medicines.)  Sila and the other lady (who suffer from severe tropical leg ulcers) are also doing fine and they are now able to walk without their walking sticks.

Thank you once again for everything, may God richly bless you all as you wait upon him.
