But Prayer Support is the highest priority.

In offering this new opportunity to help Eagles Wings financially, please remember however, that we value your prayer support even more than finances.  Please pray for wisdom and guidance in all that we do as we are very aware that as long as we remain in His will, our Lord will continue to richly bless Eagles Wings ministry to these precious children in Zambia.

So what is Program Sponsorship?

Our supporters can now help Eagles Wings financially by paying the annual costs of one of our various programs.  This is program sponsorship as opposed to child sponsorship ? you will not be able to sponsor or correspond with a particular child, but through sponsoring a program you will be involved in the ongoing care of the children at Eagles Wings.

What Programs are available for Sponsorship?

The programs we run at Eagles Wings are:

Education Program
covering the costs of educating a child in a government school for a year including compulsory uniform, books, pencils and school fees

Family / School / Worker Program
covering the costs of:

a) supporting a poor family for a year enabling the children of that family to attend a government school instead of begging on the streets to supplement the family income

b) contributing towards the running costs of our community school for those children who do not yet have the opportunity to attend a government school

c) contributing towards the wages of our 3 full-time workers at Eagles Wings Zambia

Full Care Program
covering the costs of caring for a street child or orphan at the Eagles Wings farm for a year including food, healthcare and education in a government school

How does this help the community?

All 3 levels of sponsorship not only benefit a particular child, family or worker but because the programs help the children gain necessary life skills for when they move into adulthood, the whole community benefits as these adults are then able to contribute and give back to their own communities.

How can I Sponsor a Program?

Please first and foremost pray as to whether this is what God is leading you to do.  If so, please print out the attached form and forward it to our new office address in Brisbane which is printed on the form.  All forms will be processed in Brisbane and those nominating tax deductibility will then be forwarded on to Baptist World Aid Australia.

Program Sponsorship Booklet

We also offer the opportunity to purchase a booklet giving detailed information about our programs as well as the children and families in them.  This booklet is designed to introduce you to the children in our care as well be a precious prayer tool for you to use.  The cost is $9 which covers printing and postage.  Again, please fill in the form if you would like to receive one of these booklets.
